May issue

Okay, I know this is going to sound real silly, but does any one know what free seeds were included in the May 2016 issue, along with the free gardening gloves????  They were all either herbs or veg and I planted some - trouble is, I now cannot remember what I've planted!!!!!  I thought they were Brussel sprouts but now I'm beginning to wonder as they look very much like a type of cabbage????????? Please help ............

Mine are much bigger than that and a darker green - I thought Brussel sprouts grow on the ground on long stems - my plants are now standing at about 2 ft from the ground with huge leaves on it.

That sounds perfect  image   - in the winter the sprouts will form on the stems.

Make sure they're well firmed in or even staked - if the soil is soft and they blow about in the autumn/winter winds the sprouts won't be firm, they'll be like tiny cabbages.
