climbing plant required to cross large span frame

I would like some suggestions as to an evergreen climbing plant that i can use to to grow over a 16 foot arch  that frames my drive way to block out some over looking house  windows

The area i live in has clay under the soil surface about 2 foot down so the ground stays wet in the winters , most things seem to grow well

The plant will have  plenty of space to grow in , it will need to climb up around 7 feet then across the frame some 16 feet , flowers in the summer would be a bonus

It can be accessed on the frame from all sides for maintenance,  image

Any idea's

How about an evergreen Clematis such as Clematis armandii. This has the added bonus of scented flowers in Spring.

A wisteria might work if the area gets sun.

Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

I am north side of Birmingham in sand gravel and brick clay area , i have a vegetable patch which i grow any thing in without problem , did have a wisteria growing well until i dug the roots up trying to get out another plant , i put in little conifers out of discarded hanging baskets which are now 10 feet high

No plant expert is the main problem not the soil as the gardens are over 100 years old with good top soil

any more idea's would be great

The Clematis armandii sounds the ticket and good to check what is being offered , i intend to use a good garden centre to buy the plants not high street type outlet
