Crataegus monogyna not flowering

Hi. Can anyone help with why my crataegus monogyna doesn't flower.it's 3 yearso old and is growing very well.

It's a little young as yet - it's a native species and unimproved/unselected for early flowering. After all, flowering is about reproduction and it's usual for most things to wait until a degree of maturity has been achieved.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
