The purple one is the wallflower - possibly Erysimum Bowles Mauve - and it is a perennial. The blue one is possibly the wild Larkspur - Consolida ambigua - but I would like a second opinion on that one image. The wild Larkspur is a hardy annual.

The blue one is an annual delphinium, more commonly known as larkspur.
I think the pink one is an erysimum (wallflower), which can be annuals, biennial or short-lived perennial.  You can try taking cuttings from that one.
