Non Flowering Fuschia

I bought some Fuschia plug plants this year and one of them has not flowered and I don't know why. It's planted in a trough and gets plenty of water but although it has produced a nice healthy plant with lots of branches it hasn't produced a single flower head. Any suggestions would be helpful as all my other fuschias are flowering their little socks off.

    Is it the same variety as the other fuchsias? If it is a different type, it may just be a slow starter.

    Try feeding the other one perhaps? Fuschia's like half sun, half shade and plenty of moisture.
