Dendromium orchid

I have a beautiful dendromium orchid which has finished flowering. Three new stems with leaves are growing.  What do I do with the old leaves, should I cut them off or leave on? Please help.

You really need to know which group your Dendrobium belongs to as there are many types and sometimes their treatments can vary greatly.

This is a M & S dendrobium orchid and all it says on label is "Dendrobium Hoop" picture not too clear but thank you for your help.

I have to confess that I am not at all keen on any plant grown as a 'hoop' such as Trachelospermum, Wisteria etc. but I've never seen a Dendrobium hoop. image I think what I would do is contact the North of England Orchid society and ask for their advice. They have a comprehensive guide on their website and they would be able to give you far better advice than I can and one of their experts may be able to identify which group the Dendrobium belongs too. I would leave the leaves for now 'til you get the advice. Good luck m.brown.

From my experience, it's quite difficult to make Dendrobiums flower again, next to impossible.
