What's this on my rose?

Can someone please identify what this is on my rose.
It has only affected one flower on the whole plant.
The rest of the plant seems heathy.

Looks to me like Robin's Pincushion aka 'Bedeguar Gall' caused by a tiny gall wasp.
Not really a problem.
