should I trim the leaves off , there are toms underneath but they aren't getting any sun , don't think the top flowers will bloom now so should I ?

I'd leave them be - tomatoes don't need sun to ripen, only warmth ... and there's plenty of time for those top flowers to produce fruit - my tomatoes go on fruiting well into September, sometimes even October - you'll be deluged with tomatoes
