What is wrong with my plants?

Can anyone help me diagnose what is wrong with my clematis and honeysuckle?

    Honeysuckle and pots don't really go together, sorry, they like a deep cool root run as do clematis so if that's in a pot as well that'll be the !most likely cause. There are some clematis which will grow in pots so it may be better to try one of them.

    Thanks for the advice- will be replanting somewhere else. Any suggestions what to try in the pots?

    Hate to say it guys, We inherited 2 Honeysuckle in really small pots, they are actually those window box things, really shallow and small, the are also in full sun, we have put pebbles on the soil, I they are watered, I have to admit to forgetting feed, they do really well, every year, flowering now.  Will try and get my Daughter to post some pics of here at the weekend when she is over.  But sallys do look as though they have dried out, and not been pruned. what about the new "Hanging Basket" Clematis, Sally for those pots?
