my sweet corn is growing well but the corn doesn't look right
I took this photo anybody help?

that looks exactly like what a corn should look like at this time of year?
can you clarify what you think is wrong with it?
could be the top growth? that is where the pollen is produced that pollinates the cobs which should be starting to appear as side shoots
Oh right! Thanks for that, this is my first time growing sweet corn (my late husband was the gardener!) and I thought the cobs came at the top! Silly me! That's put my mind at rest anyway I shall wait and see what I get!
