Sunflower

in Plants
Hello
i planted a sunflower from seed indoor and i was wondering if I have to transfer it outdoor. As you can see in the photo I had to put a stick to help the plant as its leaning down. Also there is a different plant growing near it but I'm not sure what it is of its weed or something else?

absolutely yes the reason its become 'eggy' is because it needs sun and wind to make it sturdy
i mean leggy not eggy

Thanks mr mahonia I'll transfer it out and see how it goes. Shall I plant it straight in the ground or keep it in the pot?
no put it in the ground without the pot the roots will help to anchor it down as well
Ok will do that thanks a lot. Any Idea what the other plant is? X
not a clue im afraid probably too small to tell. you could always leave it in the pot and plant out just the sunflower
Too late I planted both of them out ? hhh I hope it will be ok
