San Marzano Tomatoe with new growth leaf curl

I have 6 tomatoe plants in my garden. 2 a raised bed and 4 in large containers. I have a San Marzano I planted (in a large container(around June 5th. It started off growing quicker than the other tomatoe plants (it actually still is) however, a few weeks ago it started to develop new growth and the leafs were small and curled. I have been getting quite a few flowers on the plant and there's at least 5-7 fruit on the plant with plenty of developing flowers. 

Thet have been fertilized with a high phosphorous fertilizer    I wasn't sure if this was the problem or if 2-4d was nearby. I was trying to salvage the plant since it's still bearing fruit, but I wasn't sure if it was going to grow out of the leaf or let alone rhr fruit being safe to eat.
