Fuschias

I bought lots of Fuschias from a well known supermarket. All different varieties. They were well packaged and healthy. After being in my greenhouse for a while I put each one in a basket. Most of them are covered in rust.  I have only ever had the one isolated case of rust. Do you think they were infected when they came from the nurseries.
