Just thought I would say bought some Kalcanchoe plants today I know will last in the summer time but in the winter they tend to die would you just throw them away when they do this or can they be brought back to life for next summer?
Or dig them up before the frosts come, pot them up and keep them indoors on a windowsill or in a frost free greenhouse through the winter and plant them put again when the risk of frost has passed.

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
That sounds great, I will do that. They will look good indoors on my windowsills but will also take cuttings then plant them out again. Great news as they are lovely plants. Thanks. Clattnow

Once the frost hits them they're dead. You can take cuttings before then and overwinter them indoors.
