    Are the leaf edges serrated - they seem to be? Could it be a fruit pip/stone?

  • Hi this was growing in a plant which I bought as present - it was only about 2ins high - I took it out and potted it up -that was April. The plant I bought was Leucothoe axillary 'Curly Red'. I think the plant came from Holland.

  • Yes the leaves are serrated and there are small leaflets at the base of each leaf. 

    Little toe
