I bought a packet of Petunia seeds from the pound shop, they are the tallest ones I have ever seen, they are between 16" and 2' tall and are still getting taller, pink, cerise, purple and white and they smell fantastic, can I save some seed and if so when and how. I have filled 3 large boxes, 3 large and 3 small pots for £1.????????????

If you still have your seed packet, check the variety. If it is an F1, it will not seed true.
Otherwise, let the flowers form seed, when they are Brown and dry, save them in a paper bag, not plastic, to sow next year. Letting the seeds form early in the season will curtail flowering.
I would try and get another packet of seed for a quid.
Does anyone know why they are so tall, I thought they may be a mutation of some kind.
