Right, I've got some work to do here. There isn't really any good spots in the ground so I think I'll start with repotting with better compost. If that doesn't work then maybe I will have to keep the plants in my garden for my mum to enjoy here instead of in the tubs outside her place.
I have a pink one like this full sun, and white climbing, they were already here, and a small one in a pot (I often forget to water) garden soil, never fed it, its doing fine.
It would help us help you if you copied in your next post the exact name of your hydrangea, as seen on the label. It looks something like Hydrangea 'Shell pink' or 'Sherry pink' or ???
I'd just say it's stressed being re-potted, remove the flowers & keep well watered and next year you'll have a beautiful flower display. Mine did exactly the same last year, beautiful plant from garden center re-potted & wilted but it recovered and this year it's beautiful. Shame we have to wait a whole year though!

Maybe, take it back, I expect it was quite expensive, if you have followed label instructions.
