What type of poppy is this?

Anyone knowwhat the flowering poppy is? (The wilted one beside i suppose is a cornpoppy..)image thanks imageimage

    It's the sort that you buy edible seed from to cook with. One big flower and then it'll be over and die, but will happily leave seeds behind.

     Ok thank you. Do you know if it have a spesific name? Like oriental or somniferum?

    It is an opium poppy - Papaver somniferum.

    It's somniferum, as ladybird says. Often found in a pale purple colour, too.
