Rubarb

can anyone tell me what is wrong with it, tbakyou

    This looks like rhubarb that has just been planted this year. I may be wrong. It is advisable not to pull any stems in its first year of growth so that it can build up a big crown. It needs lots of feeding so if you can get hold of some well rotted horse manure and surround the plants with that it will do it some good.

  • I agree with Ladybird-give it a good feed, keep it watered and wait until next year. It will produce more stems once it has got established.
