What should I put around the the edge of the grass to highlight summer house?

Looking for ideas of what to put around the edge of the grass. The grass is very high quality artificial grass.
I was thinking shrubs on one side and a long planter on the the other side.
I'm also looking for something that come mask the storage units in the back or just take the eyes away from them.
Advice and tips would be much appreciated
