Plant ID please

I was given this plant last October by a neighbour who said it was Joseph & Mary/Soldiers and Sailors (Pulmonaria).

I don't think it is because there are no white spots on the leaves and the petals are the wrong shape.  It is about 30cm high at the moment and I suspect that it is an herbaceous perennial.

Looks like a campanula of some type.  Unfortunately there are lots of them so can't be more specific.
