Help with brown spots

I have a bush which I am growing on but recently it has developed brown spots?

Can anyone help me with firstly, what bush am I growing and secondly what are the brown spots. They seem to be un the underside of the leaf but showing through at the front.

Thank you for any help you can give.

    I'm not quite sure about the bush - did you plant it as it looks a bit like a willow, they often appear as self seeders in my garden. The spots are rust which is a fungal infection.

    It looks like a willow to me - possibly Salix caprea.
