Anyone know what this is
I ask on a different thread earlier but now it's really bugging me so thought I'd start a new post. Does anyone know what this is? No sign of flowers, lots of growing points from the soil. About 8 inches tall so far maybe a bit more. The area it's in hasn't been used for three years and was completely empty except for the odd weed. It's sunny part of the day. This year I planted some tulips around the edge of the area and scattered two packs of wild flower seeds. This has turned up in the middle of things. I'm so puzzled as to what it could be and if it's not from the wild flower seeds how has it gotten itself there!

They look like calla lily leaves.
Zantadeschia/Calla lilly
Thanks fif2, someone else suggested lily leaves. I'm just so baffled how it has gotten there.
