Nature/allotment gardening

Can anyone advise I have an allotment and the pigeons and mice eat my seeds and my crops but don't like using netting as often get frogs and slow worms caught in it.  Also worried about fox cubs and hedgehogs all I have seen on the plot how do you combine organic veg growing and being good for wildlife without just growing a crop got nature to eat
