Would appreciate if anyone could tell me the name of these trees, both seen in Lake Garda region this July, both were in flower.

1) Amazing scent, pink flowers.

2) Tall tree with shiny leaves and large white flowers. Also amazing scent.

    Ist one is the silk tree  Albizia julibrissin

    2nd one is Magnolia grandiflora
