Sad little million bells

I have some calibrachoa plugs that I bought from T&M which should have been terracotta (they are not some are mauve and some white). BUT they dont seem to be growing very much, they just seem to be just sitting in the hanging baskets.  Is it the weather, too much rain, or some other problem.

    It could be the erratic weather we have had recently. Did you just put the plugs straight into the baskets or did you grow them on a bit in pots first?

    I potted them on first in the greenhouse, and they grew very well but now they are not growing as they should, but you are right it could be the weather I think they need sun.
