Climbers for shallow ground

I have 10 or so inches of soil then concrete with holes drilled for drainage. Any recommendations for flowering climbers and other plants please, it's against a new fence. We're stuck with the concrete. The border itself is half a meter wide and I would like to pack in as much as poss
