Weed identification....
I need help identifying a weed it seems to grow rapidlyand in more and more areas. Excuse the builders mess on the picture but if someone knows it's name and the best way to deal with the infestation that would be great.

Looks like mare's tail or a derivative thereof.
It will be a challenge to get rid. There's a fair few threads of woe on here about this troublesome weed.
I did have some success painting on a solution of Round Up Tree & Stump killer in Fairy Liquid which keeps the weedkiller in contact with the plant longer. Try bruising / crushing the plant first so the weedkiller can access the inner/
