Passion flower cutting wont root
I have had the cuttings from my passionflower in water for over 1 month and it is not showing any signs of root development.. what does i do wrong? 
Also i used the very new growth on the plant so the cuttings stem are very thin, i dont know if you are supposed to use older parts of the vine or the newer ones? Any suggestions?

I find that layering a growing shoot is the best way to propagate passionflowers - here is a video with a pretty good demonstration of what to do

Do you know how long time will layering method take before it start to root?
If you layer a shoot now you'll have a plant ready to plant out next spring.

Looks like you're another victim of the dreaded 'Auto-correct' Aym - scraping off some of the Cambrian Layer would be a bit excessive and not very helpful
What I'm sure Aym tried to say is the 'cambium layer' - the layer between the 'bark' and the 'wood'.
