Corn that have stopped growing

I have 3 cornplants outdoors that is about 45cm, but it have not growed/or very little in almost 2months now.. what can be the cause that it stopped growing? Is it a normal problem for corn?

    Is it in a sunny spot? They need to be warm. You are likely to have pollination problems with only three plants.

     Yes in full sun, but it can get as low as 10 celsius at night

    I think it is too cold at the moment. A bit more sunshine would help. 

    Would the person doing the raindance please stop now.
