Need help with what i have growing

Years ago I typed in 'large unusual garden plant' and I was sent 4 bulbs / tubers ... each the size of a tin of beans !  I plant them and every year I get 4 sometimes 6 plants.  They reach about one metre in height and have a stem that looks like snake skin.  They produce 3 leaves every year, no more, no less.  At the bottom is what looks like a very small bunch of grapes. What do I do with the fruit it produces every year and can anyone help me with what the plant is.  I have a voodoo lily in the garden as well which has just flowered and they have a similar stem.
