Last year i had a really beautiful pink rose which was flowering perfectly which was free from hardly any greenfly etc..  This year i am so heart broken,  in the spring the leaves did not even develop properly just tiny leaves now summer all it is showing is a very tiny bud which has not even opened in fact it looks just like a bush   i have fed it sprayed it, even repotted it,   can you help             in my other pot i have a rose which has been in there for 5 years and is blooming a really good.  so if you can assist me on this one
