Small tumbler composter

I have a small but productive veg garden and want to have a composter but the garden doesn't have the space for a fixed one.  Everything grows in bags or tubs.  Suttons have a two cell tumbler at half price which produces 70lt of compost.  Has any one got one and are they worth it?    Many thanks
