problem with photinia

Gosh! Are you watering during the day? The leaves look scorched. Just a thought
no always at night,as i said is very hot in italy at the moment

I'm not sure at all, but this looks a bit like Xylella fastidiosa damage, a bacterial leaf scorch. Especially that deep brown edge is something I don't like seeing. There are Photinia species that are vulnerable to this disease.
If it is Xylella the best thing you can do is dispose of the plant as this disease is highly contageous. If you live in Italy there will be literature on the subject as the disease forms a serious threat to olive trees and oleanders.
