    Mullein verbascum

    I've only just heard about them myself on here but Google the name for more info. They provide food for Mullein moths....I think. image

    The seeds hang around in the soil for a very long time, and "pop up" when they feel like it...  you could call it a weed, but it's a pretty one!

    Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
