This is in my friend's garden but neither of us know whatit is? Can anyone help identify it?

    A pic of the whole shrub to see it's habit would help though

    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....



    I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

    Looking in Google I'm pretty sure that's what it is.
