T&M plug plants offer (again)
I already have one set of plugs this year, but saw an offer for 48, 4 types, 2 of which i really wanted, one ok, and one not bothered about.
i was confused when it arrived as its a 72 plug box not 48, and didnt have any of the ones i wanted! there is an explanatory letter saying quality of some plugs not up to scratch, so its an upgrade, which i will be happy with!
They are not responding to emails.
I feel a bit annoyed. it was an offer so they were not expensive, but a larger quantity of something you didnt want isnt a good replacement for something you did want, is it? Or am i finnicky?

There's a very nice chap from T&M whose details are in the last post on the thread. Hope this helps. I think he only works week-ends though.
I've bought some seeds recently (all which said were in stock and would be sent within one day) Now the orders say that they are awaiting stock. T&M is a bit of a nightmare company to deal with to be honest - probably due to their size.
They have sent me a voucher for a fiver off my next order. Tsk. I wasnt really thinking of ordering again!

Sorry that you have not had a reply as yet. We have had some issues with finding posts that we have previously replied to.
I have located your emails previously sent to us, and read through the query. As this was a full collection that needs to be despatched complete, we subbed some of the varieties so that we were able to. As we understand that it is always disappointing when we cannot supply all of the varieties listed at that time, we offered the larger pack. It is unfortunate that the Geums and Verbena were the varieties were not ready at the time of despatch, and apologise for the disappointment.
I have, therefore, processed a refund on the order for you, which you should receive within the next few days. If you would like to order the Geums and Verbena seperately, please do give us a call and we should be able to sort this out for you. A note has been left by me on your file on our systems.
