Orange spots on pear leaves

The leaves of all three of my pear trees are absolutely covered in horrible orange spots. Could anyone advise me of how to treat my trees, please?

Hi Phaidra, my pear trees appear to be suffering from the same fungus for the first time ever, and one of them is 21 years old. As it's been so wet this spring, I thought that must've caused it. I had no idea it travels from junipers to pears and back again. And I do agree, the leaves look horrid.
I read Pansy's link with interest (she's always so generous and kind). I searched for the 'Bayer Garden Systhane Fungus Fighter' and the 'Westland Plant Rescue Fungus' but can't find any place that currently stocks them. No doubt they were effective and, therefore, banned. Quite irritating!
If you find them for sale anywhere, do you think you could inform the rest of us, please.
Thank you, Pansyface. I have found it online but not anywhere near where I live. Sod's law!
I don't think picking leaves is an option for me. On two of the trees every single leaf is affected. It's a dreadful sight. I feel I have little option but to try this. Wish me luck!
Thank you, Pansyface. I'm really grateful.
Hi Pansyface, many, many thanks for your help. I got the stuff on line. Let's hope it does the trick!
