Rose Food

I have inherited a container of Rose Plus (white coarse powder) when I moved house, but there is no indication how much powder/water ratio to use. Also - should it be applied on the foliage or just at the roots? Help please! Thanks everyone!

Hi Lynn, if it is similar to Toprose (which I think it is) then you just sprinkle  28g (1oz) or 1 handful around the base of the plant and 'tickle' in after the first flush of flowers. image Hope this helps.

I do as Meomye, then water it in. Don't put it on the foliage, you'll risk burning the leaves.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
