B3 - I wish I'd only hoiked one out is year! I've been hoiking it out for 23 years now, I sprayed some with glyphosate this year but it's still springing up. I've got a 'snowmound' and 'magic carpet' in my own garden and they don't cause me or the neighbours any problems.
I had a one of those many years ago.as a quite new gardener i was told you had to keep dead heading regularly. As they go over so quickly I seemed to be at it forever and it only lasted a few years before I did it out.
They spread like wildfire B3 and the suckers come under all along the fences. The 1st pic is one neighbour and the 2nd my other neighbour. When you think you've dug it all out, up springs another ?

I think it snuck under the fence from next door. I certainly didn't plant it!
This does not bode well, Nannie

Checked it out. There have been incursions along the fence
Thanks for the warning Nannie
