Anyone help with identification of these T & M plug plants please?

Top one looks like Penstemon sickasaparrot
Bottom one not much better. What were they supposed to be.?
I put plugs in separate 3 inch pots to grow on.

I think the 2nd are Sweet Williams and the 3rd is Dianthus.
Thanks all,I do know now that the third ones are Dianthus as if i'd bothered to look i would have seen that i've already got some in the garden,DOHH.Someone else as said the second look like Sweet William aswell.
