hi I just purchased a ipomoea Nero plant from my local What shop. It was on the perennial stand but I know it is from the morning glory family But is it hardy or an annual?

It's not hardy but I think it may be perennial

Tender perennial. You could over winter it indoors.

It will need to be a heated greenhouse. I don't think they do well bellow about 10C.

Yep my greenhouse is heated so I'll bring it in, might even bring it into the house as it would make an attractive houseplant for the winter. I do the same with my spider plants they are great for bedding in the summer.
