Patinova Squash?

Hello,
I hope someone can shed light on what I have planted. I planted Patinova/pattinova squash but I can't find any reference to squash with this name and I've mislaid the packet. They look like patty pan squash, is this just another name for them?

Sorry Ruth, I've never heard of it.
It's a czechoslovakian variety of Patty pan (aka pattison) squash.
