Can anyone tell me why the seeds on my Sycamor tree are red this year.

Patricia, sometimes a question comes up to which none of us knows the answer, this could be one of them, we're not being rude.
Patricia - the seeds on the sycamore behind our house are deep pink.
Thanks a lot, looks beautiful, just wondered as it had never happened before.
