Tiny caterpillars all over my chillies!

Hi all,

Went out to the greenhouse this morning to find on of my chilli plants covered in little holes, and underneath loads of tiny caterpillars! Here's a picture of them:

What's the best way to get rid of these?

hi dangerous dave when I went in g/h at 6ish this morn I moved I clear plastic lid and found a wasp with a tiny caterpillar looked all over plants but now that I have seen the 2 remarks I will double check in morn thanks
