I have a very large white flowering hebe which I have never pruned since planting. Please advise in when and how is the best way of doing this .

Normally after flowering Frankie, as you can tidy the spent flowerheads and also take a little bit off the foliage. You do have to be careful about cutting back too far into older growth, as they often just die back completely
