It looks like a rhus "tiger eye" or stagshorn sumac as they're commonly called
Looks like a Rhus. Try googling images of that?

Don't bother. Once planted in the ground it will sucker and spread if it's happy............
If you do still want more, look for the dissecta form which has more serrated foliage.
