Do you still have the programme from Chelsea? It will list the exhibitors. As I recall, the major rose nurseries with a stand were David Austin, Peter Beale's and Harkness but there may have been others.
Vendée - 20kms from Atlantic coast.
"The price good men (and women) pay for indifference to public affairs is to be ruled by evil men (and women)."
Peter Beales do list the Violette so check out their website and see if you recognise the other.
If you're looking for a white rambler there are many to choose from - Kiftsgate, Wedding Day, Rambling Rector are all once flowering classics and can get huge.
I would suggest you also look at the newer repeat flowering rambling roses such as Phyllis Bide, Lady of the Lake, The Albrighton Rambler or if space is limited, Snow Goose. They are all perfumed and from David Austin, bare-rooted or in pots.

It looks like Little Rambler to me too - assuming the flowers are small (hard to tell without context). I have two of these - a new one and a big established one - and they're lovely.

Could be lots of things. If you know which nursery it was you could ask them.

There is something about the picture that suggests it is Peter Beales.

I'll be visiting Peter Beales' nursery on Friday - I'll see if I can find one that looks like your photo
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
I'm back - I took your photo with me, but although there were several that were nearly right, nothing seemed quite the right match.
Why not contact Peter Beales' Classic Roses https://www.classicroses.co.uk/ with a copy of your photo and see what they say?
