Are Brugmansia (Angels Trumpets) poisionous

I had given a brugmansia cutting which is about 10" tall and am worried as google says they are a dangerous plant could anybody help me with this please

Hi Brugmansia are classed as toxic the most toxic part being the seed but if you don't eat it you should be ok. many plants that we grow in our gardens are toxic to varying degrees, one of them being foxgloves, but there are fox gloves in the majority of gardens.
I've got half a greenhouse full. I've also got digitalis and some castor oil plants. Not to mention the Aconitum and the Opium poppies. In fact half an apothecarys chest full.
They're fine as long as you don't eat them.
or feed them to the old man or the PITA next door neighbour
if you need to propagate more...
