Hi @Snowdropp. As they are small and the weather inclement I would put yours outside in a sheltered spot by day but bring them in overnight to a frost free spot for a couple of weeks to harden them off. Leave them out once it stops freezing at night.
Once established, your montana Mayleen is hardy down to -20C according to my favourite supplier for my Belgian garden. He doesn't do cirrhosa clems as they are not reliable in Belgian winters but one of the parents of Advent Bells is napaulensis which is very hardy too.
